How it Works
Due to our position in the market, we have come to the conclusion that standard sample boards are not the preferred options for most of our clients. Since bespoke sample boards are favoured, our sample arrangement has two simple options: Subsidised or Rebate. Please see below to find out more.
Subsidised
Our Subsidised options are offered to our Gold, Prestige, Foundation & Signature tier customers. On top of your agreed MSRP discount term, you will get a subsidy of a further 40% off. Please see the terms and conditions of our Sample Arrangement at the bottom of this page.
Rebate
Our Rebate options are offered to our Foundation & Signature tier customers. All sample packs are sold at the normal rate and invoice from the rebate account. 5% of the monthly sales value will be rebated as credit for spending in the following month until the sample spent has fully rebated as credit. Please see the terms and conditions of our Sample Arrangement at the bottom of this page.
Program Eligibility
The Subsidised Sample Program is available to Gold, Prestige, Foundation & Signature tier customers and the Rebate Sample Program is available to Foundation & Signature tier customers.
Program Terms & Conditions
- Subject to stock availability.
- Limited to one pack per product only.
- If additional packs are required, such as a larger display board or renewal needed, please contact us and our management can authorise the purchase.
- The sample packs should not be resold.
- We may provide boxes with some artificial damage such as opened boxes.
- [Rebate Only] Credit note is raised one month in arrears. The credit can be used against future transactions but is not allowed to redraw as a refund.
- This program can be withdrawn at any time without notice. (On rebate agreement, the rebate will continue to run until current rebate monies are depleted but any new purchases will no longer qualify for the rebate.)
